we are thrilled to be collaborating with Thistle + Clover again for this awesome event!

when: July 25th from 10am-3pm

where: Lake Bonavista Promenade: Outdoors (southeast parking lot)

BOOTH + TABLE INFO:

$125 for a 10’ x 10’ booth (the size of the space can accommodate a 10ft tent)

this event will be taking place in the parking lot along Lake Bonavista Drive.

included in cost:

6 foot table (no chairs)

a lead up giveaway + promotion on our social media accounts!

discounted content photography packages with SUBSTANCE {details provided upon acceptance}

MARKET INFO:

Set up will be Saturday morning prior to market opening (exact times and details will be announced closer to event date).  

Take down will be after the market ending on Saturday, between 3pm-4pm.

** IMPORTANT INFO **

all vendors are required to have vendor insurance in place for the date of the market.

being that it is an outdoor market, it is required that all vendors have tents to protect from sun and/or rain.

tent weights are mandatory.

upon acceptance, the option to rent a tent (and a second table) will be offered.

there is no power available at this venue. 

the market will take place rain or shine, so please be prepared for this.

if we deem the weather to be too dangerous to continue, we will host the market inside the mall.

If the market is a go, and you decide against participating, you will NOT receive a refund.
